City of Grandview Gives Proclamation to GHS Boys Track and Field Program




At this point the halls are fully decorated with honors for the Grandview High School Boys Track and Field team.  Tuesday night there was another award to add to its achievements. The City of Grandview issued the team a proclamation for clinching its SIXTH state title at the 2016 Missouri State Track and Field Championship in Jefferson City in May.  The boys had at least three state individual titles and several medalists that placed in the top eight. Several meet highlights include, Caulin Graves winning the 100 meter and 200 meter dash, Maliek Kendall won the 110 meter hurdles and the boys 4x100 meter and 4x200 meter relays also placed in the top eight.
