Students in Ms. Belk's Summer Explorations Read 180 class in the Grandview School District collected almost 1000 items during summer school to donate to the Grandview Assistance Program. They began their summer by reading about heroes making a difference. Then, they conducted research to determine the needs of their own community. After that, they put together and presented a proposal for principals, requesting that they be allowed to collect hygiene items from the entire summer school. Click here to view video and pictures.
