The 13th annual Grandview Triangle Family Fun Walk and Run got off to a fast start this weekend. Dozens showed up to Grandview High School bright and early Saturday morning to pound the pavement. The event started out with warm up tunes provided by the Grandview’s Blue and Gold Brigade marching band. The walk/run was all about fun and staying active and healthy. Information on those topics was provided during the health fair at the event. That’s where a hand full of local vendors were on hand for participants. The run/walk is put on every year by the Grandview Education Foundation. All funds raised benefit the Grandview Education Foundation’s programs, scholarships and teacher grants for Grandview C-4 students.
