GC-4 was the recipient of four Awards of Excellence given by eBOARDsolutions in June 2015. eBOARDsoltuions is a web-based governance tool that uses online meetings, planning and evaluation software to help align the work of school boards and keep the focus on the goal of improving student learning. The eBOARDsolutions Awards of Excellence program was created to showcase best practices in organizational leadership in the areas of strategic plan management, evaluation, meetings administration and communications.
GC-4 has been using eBOARDsolutions since January 2014 to communicate online school board policies and meetings with the community. Our district took 1st place for Best Use of the software’s Evaluations Module, 2nd Place for Best Use of the Meetings Module, the Newcomer Award for Best Use of the Evaluations Module, and the Innovator Award for a unique use of the meetings module.
